I want to SLEEP like a baby

I feel like I’m floating now, I slept about 3 or 4 hours last night. I took a nap this afternoon but still I feel it’s not enough. I hope I can sleep early tonight since I am early riser because of my work. I need enough SLEEP at night. How can I do it? I don’t know how and when I will start sleeping at the right time. It’s very hard. All I can say as of the moment is I’m still SLEEPY!
