You can Do it Girl!

My friend gained weight after giving birth to her first child. Some of our friends were amazed of her body figure due to she is skinny during our high school days. She is asking me how to lose weight and what to do on losing abdominal fat. I told her just exercise every morning and eat diet foods. Abstain from eating fatty foods because it’s the number one that makes you fat. Encouraging her that she has lots of time to work for it, determination is needed.
