My boss text me this morning to look for a telephone number of a certain company. I made my mind to search in a telephone directory. Then I found out that there are free directories wherein you can find what you are looking for. Gee! I will no longer give time on finding it. In that case I continued my work on arranging papers as my file. That’s the job of a secretary, admin assistant, support staff and etc.
