..so annoying!!!

Study shows that women are getting bigger. They are gaining weight after they gave birth. The OB suggested them to perform exercise to flatten their tummy. There are quick trim celluslim reviews that can surely help them. It is a matter of determination wherein they can obtain their desired tummy that is flat and no sag skin on it. Well, I like this one! I will save for it because it’s so ugly to look at the mirror. I’m discouraged to look at it. Grrr!

Yebah!!!

I thanked God for our successful Davao Seminar, the UBD way. Many schools attended our seminar. I conclude that they enjoyed our seminar plus they learned from it. Our speakers are the authors of our book. I hope and pray that after the seminar, schools will fax their book order. We are tired but it’s worthy because it’s proudly SUCCESSFUL! Congrats ABIVA!

Hubby's Prob

Sometimes I am crazy or foolish because I tease hubby about his hair because it is numbered. I mean it is getting thinner. Hubby asks me to look for a book that has comprehensive info on how to prevent hair loss for he needs it. Not only that, he has white hairs. Hubby is turning 29 this May yet he has much white hair. What happen to you hubby? A study shows that it is because of stress. I think it’s true. If we have problems we cannot sleep due to thinking and looking for its solution.

Body Pain at 40's at 50's

My parents are not any younger anymore. Mom complained that she experienced back pain, muscle pain and body pain. She worked in abroad as a DH for 10 years. The result will appear later on your 40’s and 50’s. My poor mom is getting older. Last year I accompanied her to the doctor for check-up and the doctor gave her the best arthritis treatments to alleviate the pain she is suffering. For sure I will be like her when I reach 50. That’s a fact so I accept it with all my heart.

BZ week for me!

..so busy with my work this week for we will have our Davao Seminar this coming Saturday. Many schools will attend on that event. Many visitors will come from Manila. Many to call like the schools who did not fax their confirmation form.

..so busy as a mom because this week is the examination week of my daughter. In short, I will make a questionnaire or a reviewer for her to answer. I want her to maintain her honor role because she became top 1 last 2nd grading then top 2 on the 1st and 3rd grading. Just a difference of points and so I know she is a smart girl.

Gosh!..so exhausted at work and at home.

Talented Filipinos at Showtime

I miss watching “Showtime” every 10:30 in the morning at ABS-CBN 2. It’s been a month since I did not watched it because I work in the office. I am happy to know that Filipinos are talented people because in that show there are many performers that show their unique talent. I cannot do it of course; I can sing and dance only other that “none”. There is a little girl who danced like MJ. She used Michael Kors gloves that look like MJ gloves. In fairness, they won in that day! I am so proud of her if I am her parent because she is still young and yet she has talents. Thumbs up to you!

Valentine's Day Trivia and Legends

1. Valentine was a Roman priest during the time of Claudis around AD269, who was martyred, then buried on the Flamian Way. He helped Christians during a time of persecution, was caught, put in jail, became a Christian, then was clubbed to death for this on February 14th, 269. While in prison, legend has it that he sent messages to friends saying "Remember your Valentine" and "I love you".

2. In another story, it is said that Valentine was a priest that secretly married couples, defying the Emperor Claudius who had temporary forbid marriages.

3. Valentine was jailed for refusing to worship pagan gods. Making friends with the Jailer's daughter, he is said to have cured her through prayer, and on the date of his execution (Feb. 14th), is said to have writter her a note signed "Your Valentine".

4. Or this 4th story is that Valentine was a bishop of Terni martyred in Rome.

The 14th of February has been set apart as the special day to remember St. Valentine. This was one day before the Roman Feast of Lupercalia, a pagan love festival. In 496 A.D. Pope Gelasius changed Lupercalia from the 15th to the 14th to try and stop the pagan festival. The church realized that there was nothing wrong with celebrating love, only the pagan elements were wrong. And so Valentine had become known as the patron of love.

Woman's Concern

Almost woman wanted to have a slim body due to it can add to their physical appearance. I mean they will look prettier and gorgeous. But the problem is when they got married and give birth. They gain weight at all because they can’t control their eating habit. They lose hope and continue eating a lot not thinking that there is a way to get quick weight loss that is easy and effective. No need to skip meals but make a menu for yourself just like not eating fatty foods and sweets. If you will do it then you will get what you want for yourself.

These three are the popular and powerful presidential candidates in our country. For sure we are confused on who will be our President this coming election. I will not tell you who my president is because I am not sure. I still have time to think of it and you too. Vote wisely guys!
